FPRT performs teaching and research in the field of fruit and vegetable processing and refrigeration technology, as well as food safety and quality management. This includes the following Bachelor (BSc)/Master (MSc) education degree programmes: Food Technology and Quality (BSc), Specialisation: Fruit and Vegetable Product Technology; Fruit and Vegetable Processing and Refrigeration Technology (MSc); Food Safety (MSc); Quality Management in the Food Industry (MSc).
